Things I like to make:

  Bread...rye/oatmeal mostly (in bread machine)
  Chile (old "Michele" style)
  Chicken & Dumplings
  Pancakes
  Pizza  Pepperoni and/or sasuage
  Shrimp fried rice (not perfected yet)
  Spanish Rice
  Spagetti
  Stew
  Taco's (in giant flour burrito shells)


Things I like to have made for me:

  French Toast
  Haggis (ok, so I havn't had it yet..yes I have at the Highland Games)
  Sweedish Meatballs (Hello IKEA! )
  
Things I don't care for:

  Anchovies
  Black Olives (and most green ones)
  Cantelope (melons in general)
  Chiles/Peppers/hot stuff (I do like/use chile powder)
  Cottage chese
  Cuecumbers
  Mushrooms
  Pickles that are sweet
  Salami
  Snails
  Tofu
  
Things I won't/cain't eat:

  Avacado
  Beets
  Creamy Dressings
  Horse Radish
  Mayo
  Potato Salad
  Relish
  Salsa
  Sour Cream
  Tartar Sauce

When I eat out, I look for menu items that I don't have to
have altered to eat....so at mexican, thai and californa cusine 
places my choics are very limited indeed.
 
  
Dips/sauce...(favoite ketchup by far is Del Monte, mustard is yellow)

  ketchup for warm food (and cold beef...and not good fish)         
  mustard for cold food (& fowl), chips, carrots, on plain bread
  gravy   (must have on mashed potatoes, I chose not to eat at
           places that won't provide gravy, or bring my own if 
           the choice is not mine...bigest offenders are Black 
           Angus and aussie steak/bbq houses. I wonder if I can
           have some buttons made "No Gravy No Tip!")


Drinks...(in order)

  Tea/Iced tea (no lemon please) (Blue or pink "sugar") must have caffene!
     (Favoite Tea's Darjeeling, Special [Imperial] Gunpowder, O+B peoke)
  Diet Pepsi (Jaz Black Cherry/French Vanilla, Wild Cherry, Vanilla)
  Shakes vanilla or chocolate
  Milk (lofat if available)
  Orange Juice
  Grape Juice
  Apple Juice

Favorite Places to eat:
  
  Disneyland near the water...several places including Blue Bayou
  Great Wall Mongolian Barbaque (Howe and Arden)
  Kings (chinese food in West Sac since the early 1960's)
  Long John Silvers
  Ming Palace (chinese Watt&Edison family favorite since late 1960's)
  Pasquales (pizza in Carmichael, my picture is on the wall from 1975)
  Squeeze Inn (Sac)
  Luau Garden Buffet (across from Arden Fair)
  Zelda's Pizza (midtown 21st&O)
  Hooters (arden)
  IKEA Cafe
  Pea Soop Andersons
  KFC
  Taco Bell
